Ball pound

Pound ball to ground as hard as possible and as quickly as possible. It should bounce over head height if not controlled. Push down very hard and fast. Standing stationary. 10 times below knee, 10 times shoulder height, and 20 times hip height, switch hands and repeat twice (2 sets with each hand)
