Chair handoff shooting

Use a chair if you don't have a partner to hand off or pass the ball to you. Place the ball on the chair. Do a v-cut or curl back to the ball, pick it up while rotating body to face up into shot. Repeat at each spot until made five shots from that spot. Then move chair to another location. Focus on good cuts and getting open without the ball and then on the (imaginary) catch and shoot. Have chair at different distances such as at 17 feet and 20 feet and even close shots like 7 feet. If have multiple balls and chairs could do this at multiple spots.
