Blindfold Free Throws
Warm up by making multiple free throws consistently in a row. Keep feet placement the same every time. Then wear a blind fold where you cannot see the basket. Your partner hands you the ball. Do your foul shot routine, shooting blind. Partner rebounds and hands you the ball. Repeat. For beginners, start a few feet from hoop and make shots blindfolded before stepping back, slowly working way out to the 15 feet. Work your way up to make 100 blindfolded foul shots per day, at a consistent percentage.
