Stop and go run dribbling
On court with lines marked every 15 feet or so, run while dribbling to first line. Dribble there for 5 seconds. Then dribble to next line and stop and dribble there for 5 seconds. And continue to next lines. At end of court, switch hands and repeat the run, pause back. Speed up as get better. Mix up with other dribble moves.
