2 ball alternate dribbling
Dribble two balls at a time, alternating the bounce, one-two. Do in place (stationary), walking, or running. Do fast or slow. Pounding hard or soft. One hand high dribble and one hand low dribble. Side ways movement, forward, and backward movement. Lots of combinations.
