2 Ball Dribbling sit down stand up
While dribbling two balls, sit down, continue dribbling while on floor, and stand up, keeping the two balls dribbling the entire time. Repeat ten times. This is difficult since don't have a free hand to keep balance or to push off ground with. Focus on core strength while keeping dribbling instinctive.
