Timed Stationary Dribbling
Set timer and dribble as fast you can with one hand at normal mid-thigh height for 60 seconds. After brief rest, set timer again and count dribbles with other hand for another minute. An example count is 150 times (in one minute) with dominate hand and 125 (in one minute) with off hand. Alternatives: timed low dribbles, strong pound dribbles, side to side, front to back, front cross over, back cross over, between legs dribbles on one side, between legs alterating, spider dribble, figure eights, etc.
