Ball chase sprint
Roll ball down court and sprint length of court to pass up the ball. Beat it to the other end. Don't run behind it so you don't trip on it; just race it from the side. May need to roll faster. May need to start sprinting later, like start sprinting when ball gets to half court. Warm up first with jogging, and slower ball chase sprints. Speed up progressively to full speed. Do around ten sets, adjusting the ball rolling speed and when to race it.
