Jump hook post move counter step through
Start with catching ball with back to basket in the mid key, low post area, power dribble and jump stop with rotated body so inside shoulder faces hoop. Upfake ball above head to fake the jump hook, then step through with left foot as pivot right foot to left side keeping ball to midsection and keep the defender on your back. Once planting right foot, jump off both feet at same time (don't lft rear left foot earlier so don't travel). Lay ball in soft with left hand. Do this counter after jump hook moves on left side and right side both directions (so fake shot left and step through right and layin with right hand too).
