Like normal baseline "suicide" sprints, but do while dribbling. Dribble from baseline to near free throw line (extended) and back. Then dribble to halfcourt and back. Then dribble to far free throw line extended and back. Then dribble full court (to opposite baseline) and back. The four phases is one set. As an alternate, could dribble backwards when running backwards. Or dribble with different hand, etc. Other alternates could be do crossover or change of direction move at lines (at least for second and third lines for example).
