Seventeens sideline sprints
Sprint sideline to sideline 17 times in one minute. The goal is to get to a minute. Advanced athletes goal may be 50 to 55 seconds. Beginners may try for 12 (instead of
17) in 60 seconds or do all 17 but in much longer time (like 1 minute 25 seconds). Touch the line each time.
