Slingshot sideline sprints

Sprint from sideline to opposite free throw lane line. Then quick change of direction to other side of free throw lane, then change direction again and sprint to sideline opposite from where started from. Then repeat: sprint to far free throw lane, sprint to other side of free throw lane, and then to farther sideline. As an example on a 48 foot wide court, sprint to 30 feet, change direction back 12 feet, change direction back 30 feet. Repeat 10 times, attempt to get to 10 times in one minute.
