Footwork coordination drill. Stand inside of hexagon lines about two feet wide. Two foot hop over one side of hexagon and immediately hop back into middle. Continue by hopping over and back for the next line, repeating all six sides. Then repeat opposite direction.
1) hop on same one foot each time.
2) hop on different single foot each line. Repeat opposite direction when completed. Work on fast speed and balance on the drill.
