Full court closeouts
This is running baselines with defensive closeout and stutter steps. Players line up on baseline in stance, doing stutter steps again. On signal or whistle, sprint forward. On second signal, stop in defensive closeout stance. On signals alternate sprinting and closing out. Continue for one to three minutes. Keep hands up and moving for defense practice.
