Suicides with defense
This is running baselines with defensive closeout and stutter steps at each turn around line. Sprint from baseline to near free throw line (extended), do close out and defense steps, and then sprint back. Then run to halfcourt, defense closeout, and back. Then sprint to far free throw line extended, defense closeout, and sprint back. Then run full court (to opposite baseline, defense closeout, and sprint back. Those four phases is one set. The defense steps could be done for 5 to 15 seconds for example. As an alternate, could run backwards when running back. Beginners do one to 3 sets. Advanced could do five to ten sets in a practice.
