Keep ball between legs, feet mostly stationary, touch (don't move) ball with each hand in front and in back and repeat. Like front left, front right, Back left, back right, front left, etc. Do 20 in a row and then reverse direction. Don't dribble. Keep ball in single place. Keep head up.
