Keep ball between legs, feet mostly stationary, dribble ball with each hand in front and in back and repeat. Like front left, front right, Back left, back right, front left, etc. Do 5 in a row and then reverse direction, counting each set of four as one (so 20 touches per set). Low dribbles and easiest to keep ball in single place. Beginners start slow, but advanced is extremely fast pounding of ball. Keep head up.
