50 shots drill
10 set-lifts: start in front of rim, lift ball one hand, hold ball and elbow under and follow through and step back for 10 shots. 10 Mikans. 10 Reverse Mikans. 10 Bradleys "Bill Bradley's Drill": start at block hold ball over head and hop up a few times holding ball over head then shoot, then go around half circle. 10 one-two-steps: Passer passes to shooter near top of key. Shooter starts at top and steps left leg to right, pivot and plant right foot as catch ball facing hoop in set position and shoot in one motion. Next start at top, step with right foot to left, slight pivot and catch ball in shooting position and shot. Make ten of those (five each way).
