Key Defensive Slides
Start at elbow (or baseline corner) of free throw lane and sprint 12 feet to other corner, then defensive slides 15 feet to other corner, then run backwards 12 feet to close corner and defensive slides (now opposite direction since facing the same way) to starting corner. Stay outside of rectangle to make sure aren't cheating distances. Repeat 15 times, which may take about 1 minute and 30 seconds (or for beginners do for 45 seconds). Alternatives could be do the same movements (sprint, slide, backpedal, opposite slide) for all of half court, full court, or other rectangle area.
