Single leg linear bounds
Stand on one leg and jump for distance horizontally and land on your opposite foot (land only on one foot). Keep your balance and then bound forward again off of that leg, landing on the other foot. Do five bounds per leg (so 10 total) for one set. Do three sets with a ten second rest between.
