Single leg vertical jumping
Stand on one leg and jump for vertical height. Land on opposite foot and immediately launch again for maximum height. Repeat alternating legs each jump. (This is not about jumping forward.) Do seven jumps per leg (so 14 total) for one set. Do three sets with a ten second rest between.
