No ball Around the Waist
This is based on the Maravich no-dribbling "Ball Circles" ball handling drill, but done without any basketball. Can use a different object like a football. Take the object around the waist changing hands. Repeat 10 times, then reverse direction and do another 10. Try to get the object going around your waist as fast as possible.
