No ball Around Both legs
This is based on the Maravich no-dribbling ball handling drills, but done without any basketball. Can use a different object like a football. Take the object around both legs (which have feet and legs together). Repeat 10 times. Then reverse direction for 10 more reps. Do as fast as possible. Alternative: Do around ankles.
