No ball Circles Around the Body
This is based on the Maravich no-dribbling "Ball Circles" ball handling drill, but done without any basketball. Can use a different object like a football. Take the object around the head five times, then around chest five times, then circle around midsection five times, then around legs five times, then around ankles five times. Then bring it back up from ankles to head circling around body several times. Then reverse direction. Use good control while getting the object going around you as fast as possible.
