No ball Around Single Leg Handoffs
This is based on the Maravich no-dribbling ball handling drills, but done without any basketball. Can use a different object like a football. Take the object around a single leg (legs comfortable spread, like in defensive stance) ten times. Then around other leg ten times. Then change direction (like front to back from middle or from side) for ten times more for each leg. (40 reps total.) Try to go as fast as possible.
