No ball One Leg Two Legs Handoffs
This is based on the Maravich no-dribbling ball handling drills, but done without any basketball. Can use a different object like a football. Take object around one leg, then around two legs, then other one leg. And repeat that three part set ten times.
Alternate: Reverse for direction between legs. Try to go as fast as possible.
